Why this is greyed out
Customers email a two-page PDF purchase order and somebody keys it into NetSuite line by line. That is an obvious automation: read the PDF, match the lines to items, create the sales order as a draft for a person to approve.
It is also a different job from this one. It touches orders rather than quotes, it writes to NetSuite rather than reading it, and it belongs to the accounts side of the business. Worth doing, worth costing on its own, and worth keeping out of a quoting concept so neither gets half-built.
