Why this is greyed out
A takeoff means reading fixture counts straight off a consultant's PDF drawings — counting symbols on a plan and turning them into quote lines. It is genuinely valuable and it is genuinely hard. AI has only just started to get good at it, and a takeoff that is quietly wrong is worse than no takeoff at all, because the error lands in a priced quote and nobody sees it until the order.
So it sits here, named, until it can be trusted. The honest path in the meantime is the AGi32 import: the designer's own schedule is already a structured list of fittings and counts, and parsing that is reliable today.
